Kiwi Music

Vesper's Mum came in this morning and shared New Zealand music with us.
 
We talked about what music would have been heard in New Zealand before any people arrived here.
 
Birds, wind, trees and rivers.

When the Maori arrived in New Zealand, waiata (songs) could be heard.

 
 When the British people arrived in New Zealand from England they brought hymns and the National Anthem.
