Constable Ross came to our classroom today to talk with us about being safe around traffic.
What is traffic?

How can we be safe in a car?
"Wear our seat belts". - Emil
"Sit in our booster seats". - Jamie
"Never put anything out the window". - Emil
"Hop out on the footpath side, not the traffic side", - Benjamin
"Stay quiet in the car so the driver doesn't get distracted". - Constable Ross
We visited the carpark and found out that the driver can't see us if we stand behind the car.
We each had a turn sitting in the police car in the booster seat.
