What will happen when we add a drop of dish washing liquid into milk?

Green and red food colouring were dropped into the milk.

Dipping a cotton bud covered in dish washing liquid caused the colours to mix and swirl.

Observing carefully as Rhona dips the dish washing liquid into the milk.
